I took the radio out to get the code for my liberty 2003 now it won't work at all iv checked the wiring but don't have an owners manual for fuse diagrams can some one pls help

Older ford radio wiring.

It's abit easier if you have the original connectors but here's the colors.

-Black connector-
bla-wh RR -
org-red RR+
dk grn-org RF-
wh-lt grn RF+
tan-yel LR-
pnk-lt grn LR+
lt blu-wht LF-
org-lt grn LF+

-Grey connector-
blk-lt grn Ground (Sometimes red thicker gauge wire check with testlight if you find this)
yel-blk +12v ignition
lt grn-yel +12v batt (constant 12v)

You can 'pop test' the speakers with a 9v or less battery just strike the wires against the battery for a split second (never! leave the battery connected for more than the pop noise!). This will tell you that you have the correct speaker but won't tell you phase unless you can see the speaker.

Have you checked to se if there is freon in the system? If there is no freon, the compressor will NOT run.
