Smoke in the morning is valve stem seals. They leak overnight into the combustion chamber.

SOURCE: High oil Consumption, BMW M5

Look for Castrol TWS 10W60 Motor Oil. This car should not burn so much oil, you need to use a different kind. It is recommended by BMW as well. I also heard the VANOS isnt an issue anymore, can be fixed with a different MAFF. Good luck!

Am driving 2002 Mazda Etude 1.6,its consuming lots of oil when am driving out a long trip and forces me to stop in each town to check the oil, what could be the reason for that?

Oil only leaves the engine by a couple of means -
leaking, which you should see on the pavement when parked or as little droplets on the rear of the car where wind picks it up from the drip and plasters the rear of the car or -
the engine is burning the oil in which case if you are using that much oil, a blue fog should be behind the car as you cruise down the road.
Blue fog is either bad/worn rings or valve seals.

How do i fix the valve timing seals, and need the timing marks for mazda etude 96 16v doch

Have you replaced the timing belts. If not you need to. To replace the seals you have to remove the gears on the cam shafts.

Smokes on start up

Smokes blue on cold startup = leaking valve seals, which really don't affect drivability if it stops 1-2 seconds after startup. To fix you need new valve seals/heads rebuilt.

If it smokes while under load, then the rings are worn, letting oil seep past the rings into the compustion chamber.

Have you let this car run low on oil? Leaking valve seals usually present themselves if the car has been sitting a while, drying out the seals/cracking them. Worn rings should only present themselves after very very high milage, such as 300,000 miles or more. Somebody has not changed the oil on a regular basis, or just never changed the oil, or only changed the oil like every 20,000 miles.

To bring your engine back to normal, you will have to overhaul the engine and have the heads rebuilt as well.

Timing belt setting and my car iddle are out of form mazda etude

Your camshaft and crankshaft pulleys have to be properly aligned upon installation of the timing belt. The cogs on the belt, should fit precisely with the teeth of the pulleys. Your # 1 engine cylinder should be moved to "Top Dead Center" before installing the belt. This means no compression once the top of the piston cylinder reaches the top of the chamber.
