2000 f550 super duty 7.3 diesel p0717 and p0715 codes just replaced sensor and rebuilt tranny still pausing before going into reverse heard this was a glow plug problem does anyone know how to fix it

The Passenger Compartment (steering wheel) box does 2002 to 2007 according to these. HOWEVER, although the same layout, so do different things depending on the year like this one.

does this truck have gas or diesel engine?if diesel it does not have a catalitic converter
check back towards engine on exhaust to find )@ sensor

replace the speed sensor on the transfercase that should take care of this problem

if it has a cam belt it sounds like it has snapped ....hope not ..... or your ring gear could of gone:(

Check the alternator out put,if possible,check it when this occurs,out put at the battery when it is running,should be 13.65,to 14.25 volts.

P0715 IS INPUT SPEED SENSOR ERROR AND P0734 IS GEAR RAIO ERROR IN 4TH..I WOULD TRY REPLACING THE INPUT SENSOR FIRST..LOCATED IN FRONT OF TRANS ABOVE SOLENOID PACK..CLOSET ONE TO THE ENGINE..SCREWS INTO TRANS..ABOUT 40 BUCKS..DISCONNECT BATTERY WHILE REPLACING,OR IF YOU HAVE SCANNER,CLEAR CODES AND QUICKLEARN TCM..THESE ARE A FAIRLY COMMON PROBLEM

she's pooched, your forward gears in an automatic are completely separated from the reverse same with a standard either way your on your way to the tranny shop

Either the bracket on the side of the tranny that holds your gear selector cable is loose or out of adjustment. Simple fix really..

have the transmission rebuilt sounds as if drive gears are wore out.
