the main difference is the body size of the starter itself

With 98mm (3 7/8") diameter case

or

With 115mm (4 1/2") diameter case

"Shims may be needed for the approximate 1/8" clearance of starter nose (Instruction sheet in starter box)"

and since you sometimes need to bring in the old one for a core charge, may as well have the parts counter person bench-test BOTH your old starter and the replacement starter

(sucks to install a remanufactured starter straight from the box & they incorrectly built it)

of course it will since the vehicle is not new. You have semi worn suspension parts that need replacing if the big huge wheels are a must.
the large tires have more grip to the road than the standard tires thus causing worst fuel economy and wear...
plus these wheels and tires will cause premature wear on all suspension parts as well. than the standard size thet where on it. The more friction on the pavement will cause more wear

check for power to the brake assembly. the socket board in high mounts are prone to have problems. if you have power to the socket board then it needs replaced.

the oil capacity would be as follows :
2007 gmc sierra 1500 series with :
4.3 L with oil filter = 4.5 quarts
4.8 L with oil filter = 6.0 quarts
5.3 L with oil filter = 6.0 quarts
6.0 L with oil filter = 6.0 quarts
6.6 L with oil filter = 10.0 quarts

In a vehicle this new, there should be a label on the fan shroud/radiator cowl which plainly says "Accessory Belt Routing" and has a pictogram to guide you. Failing that, go to a GMC dealer, find a used 07, open the hood on one, and copy it. They'll laugh at you, but you won't care. The label can be had from their parts department for about 8 bucks.
