Two places to look...if you have separate injectors for each cylinder then regulator should be at the front end of the fuel rail. If you have throttle body injection it is on the throttle body itself.

1999 Chevy blazer. Changed fuel pump, wont stay running.engine revs up and down, if I try to push in the gas pedal to see if it will clear up, it bogsdown and dies. Could this be the fuel pressure...

Yes sounds like a regulator issue. On the 99 blazer the regulator is under the plastic intake plenum and is a part of the fuel injection spider. I would also check for vacuum leaks and your idle air solenoid.

My 97 Chevy blazer won't start I hear the fuel

Bad fuel pump, fuel filter, it may not have enough pressure or you aren't getting spark

Abs light on everytime i stop it dies what would cause that on a 95 blazer

The abs light problem is more than likely a faulty speed sensor as for engine cutting off sounds like a low fuel pressure problem.Check the fuel pressure it should be 60-66 psi with the key on engine off. Also check the fuel pressure regulator for proper operation these regulators are known for causing this problem.

1996 Chevy Blazer won't start unless i add gas to the carb. Turns over fine but won't start.

You could try changeing the fuel filter its located under the drivers door mounted to the frame in the fuel line . But the most likely thing that it could be is the fuel pump. You could check fuse # 9 its a 20 AMP in the fuse box that feeds the relay located in the glove box but on this vehicle even if the relay wore bad the vehicle would still start it would just crank for a longer time . the fuel pump has a beck up power supply also feed from fuse #9 that runs through the oil pressure sending unit. So if its not the fuse its the pump or a bad connection at the pump and that is located inside the fuel tank witch needs to be droped to replace the fuel pumpGood luck with it but this is a common issue with blazers

My 97 chevy blazer starts fine after sitting overnight. However, each subsequent stop/start after that it gets harder to start. It turns over but won't fire up or stalls briefly after? It has new fuel...

check the fuel pressure. I will put money on a fuel pressure regulator leaking. The regulator is attached to the back of the CPI unit under the intake plenum. Fuel pressure should be 55-60 psi roughly and hold for a couple of hours. If pressure drops the first thing I would look at is the regulator.

You can also try this. Instead of trying to start the vehicle right away. turn the key to the run position, wait 5 seconds, then turn the key off. Repeat this a few times, then start the vehicle. If it starts right up than for sure you have a fuel issue and checking fuel pressure will be the next step.

The fuel pressure port is located on the back of the engine on the drivers side near the distributor.

Where is fuel pressure regulatore located

For 2000 Chevrolet Truck Blazer 4WD 4.3L SFI 6cyl
If your engine is a 4.3L V-6 with CPI (central point injection) it is inside the upper intake manifold. The upper intake manifold is bolted on top of the normal intake manifold.

The throttle body is mounted on it and your fuel lines terminate into the center of this.

Removal & Installation
  1. Relieve the fuel system pressure.
  2. Remove the air cleaner outlet resonator.
  3. Disconnect the engine wiring harness from the retaining clips at the front of the engine.
  4. Disconnect the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line.
  5. Clean any dirt from the fuel pressure regulator and the surrounding area.
  6. Disconnect the fuel return pipe.
  7. Remove the fuel return pipe retainer.
  8. Remove the fuel pressure regulator retainer.
  9. Remove the fuel pressure regulator.
  10. Inspect the regulator filter screen for contamination. If contaminated, replace the fuel pressure regulator.

97 Blazer low fuel pressure and stalls in gear

If you have the spider fuel system, fuel pressure, key on engine off, 60--66 psi. After it starts it will run with less pressure. Are you using quality brand new fuel pumps?
This fuel system is noted for problems, including the fuel poppets.
