My 01 F250 superduty 7.3L will not go faster than 60MPH. what would cause this?

This would mean the #3 cylinder and the #6 cylinder are misfiring. There are several potential reasons including bad coil-paks or sparkplug wiring, coils on plugs(new style), crankshaft sensors, or shorting fuel injectors.

Some problems may be visually seen if the engine compartment is open in a dark place and sparks jump. Or the sparkplugs on the cylinders mentioned could be bad.

You don't. It is part of the windshield and not removable.

Have you looked at your anti lock braking system. It will give a pulsation when it is in use. You may have a problem with it and it is coming on prematurely. Listen when your truck is doing this and you should hear the humming of the antilock system if it is on. Otherwise i would ckeck your ball joints and tie rod ends for wear as this can cause a vibration back thru your braking system as well

theres a power diseribution box under your hood by the battery its in there

remove the rh valve cover, unscrew the sensor, replace the valve cover.

change the fuel filter and if that doesnt help do a tune up

I have had this same problem after thorough checking it ended up being a bad steering box. after replacing the box it was fine
