There is no separate DRL module in this vehicle. DRL is performed by software detecting the need for DRL (daylight and engine running) and achieves DRL by pulsing the power to the high beam lights. The power pulsing is done by the front control module in the integrated power module once it gets the command from the body control module. You'll need a scan tool to see if the BCM has commanded the DRL on. If it is and you're not getting any DRL,

in my 2004 grand caravan it's behind the glove box and left of the blower motor. disconnect the wires first then remove the 2 screws to pull out the resistor unit. First make sure you have removed the negative of your batterie. I had the same pm that prevented the blower motor to operate in any speed. I hope this will help

Your P0700 code needs to be addressed right away. This signifies a problem with the solenoid pack, which is an external part that can be fixed for around $200 if you do it yourself, $300 if you take it somewhere. But a bad solenoid pack can mess up the whole tranny resulting in a total rebuild, which runs anywhere from $1200 to $2000 depending on where you go.
