My 2002 cadillac seville sls wont start have power to every thing , i go to start .... it wont turn over ? the radio was stolen out of it , would that have any thing to do with it ?

It shouldn't, you can contact your local dealership to make certain but I would check the starter. It is located under the upper intake manifold.

I have a 04 lincoln navagator.When it's on there is a clicking sound that comes from the rear passanger side.I purchased a air door actuator and installed it but clicking noise continued.Any thoughts?

My radio in my 2004 dts will not turn on after battery went dead

You need to gete the radio security code and enter it in. Just call or drop by the dealer and theye can give you the code or enter it. Should be free but your dealer may vary. When you changed the battery and lost power the radio goes into a secure mode just in case it was stolen. The code should be about 4 digets long so its not a big thing to enter. its keyed to your vin number so the d ealer may want to see that as well as your registtration and maybe a drivers licence depending on how paranoid they are.

I just bought a 2004 Cadillac CTS without navagation and can not figure out how to set the clock. Owner's manual doesn't offer solution.

This worked on my 04 CTS. This is a CTS without the GPS.

1) Turn key to On or Accy
2) Wait for the radio/clock display to load up.
3) Push the Tune/Select button at the lower right of the radio display. Nothing will appear to change.
4) There is a button to the right of the radio diplay with two horizontal lines on it. Push the lower of the two horizontal lines. The clock set option should appear.
5) Turn the Tune/Select button until the time is correct.
6) Push the Tune/Select button to lock the time in.

Everytime i reset the clock, it works fine, but when i shut the car off and then restart the car it goes back to 1 o'clock. don't know why it won't stay set to the time i put in

Sounds like the "power switch" is defective...(sticking) Try leaving the power to the radio on when you shut off your Seville...if this works great...there is no extra power drain...if this does not work...then it is cheapest to replace the radio...or if you want to maintain the AC Delco factory radio...there are a few web sites that advertise complete repair for AC Delco radios as low as $125....Hope this helps...:)

I want to change my original cd player for a pioneer

This is because you need to purchase the aftermarket-oem harness plug.This harness plugs into your original equipment radio harness and allows you to plug any aftermarket radio into the stock deck wires.After you plug the harness in you can then connect the radio wires together.Your local autoparts store or circuit city or best buy or audio express will have these radio conversion plugs.I hope I could help

How Do I Deactivate the Passive Anti-Theft System in an 04 Focus?

It won't be that expensive depending on what the did to the wires they can hook up a machine to it and disable it and fix what needs to be fixed not more that a couple hundered dollars, and have it towed to the dealer.

It is a fault in the phone. The system is designed to where you can not talk on the phone while you are driving unless you are in hands free mode.

Radio is asking for code

One of these codes will work on '04 Chevy Aveo Radios. Dealer wanted to charge $105 to "uplink to manufacture" and enter correct code. #3241 worked for me.

I hate to say it, but you'll probably need to see the dealer for the programing steps and code. Unless a local locksmith is able to reprogram the security system, the dealer will have to.

Assuming that it is similar to the CTS and my experience with other security systems, it will reset with a timed disconnect from the battery (15-30min depending on the exact system), but will still need the proper code. The reset will not allow you to use the radio/nav system, but it is used after X number of incorrect attempts to enter the proper code.
