You probably have a bad right side C V shaft. The shaft has a spline joint in the middle; over time water gets inside and rusts the splines causing it to slip(makes grinding noise), and it will not turn the wheel, causing the wheel speed sensor to cause the traction light to illuminate. Replace the C V shaft (reman ones are really cheap)

It is the Tire Pressure Mounted System (TPMS). It monitors the air pressure in your tires. If it is on, you have low tire pressure...or like me, it's just a faulty indicator. Mine came on, but I don't even have TPMS on my vehicle.

This symbol came up on my dash (!)

Hello,
This symbol is typically associated with your brakes, traction control, skid control etc. It could be something relatively simple to get fixed. I recommend you go to a certified mechanic and have them scan the code(s) if you can get me the codes i will be able to tell you exactly what your problem is. Could be something as simple as a warning that your brake pads are getting low and need to be replaced. I can save you a lot of time and $$ if you are able to get the codes. Usually a shop will charge an hours labor to scan these types of codes.
Please advise,
-Tim

Sounds like something with bad bearings. Check in the area of air conditioner compressor or power steering and yes water pump.even the belt tightener will do that.

Grinding noise from rear wheel of carvan while driving

Was the parking brake on? Sitting that long it may be hanging
up a little. The cable may have a little rust on it and it's not releasing
all the way. If thats the case you may be able to feel the back
wheels after driving a little and they will feel hot or you may even
smell the brake shoes wearing.

his means your traction control is switched off. Somewhere on the dash or near the gear selector is a button with a similar symbol that has probably been pressed by accident. Press the button to turn traction control back on

Warning symbol on dashboard

It's to do with traction control...
usually means the skid control has armed itself because the car has detected a lack of traction (if you skidded) or the car has sensed it is cold
