SOURCE: My cylinder got gouged by the piston. Can I bore

It depends on how deep the gouge is. Having it bored and a new oversized piston may set you back more than a new stock piston and cylinder.

SOURCE: how do i fix a broken piston, bent conrod &

Repeat after me "... replace the engine ..."

You must replace the piston and connecting rod. You will probably have to replace the crank. You may have damaged gears. You must replace or have a machine shop refinish the cam - there may be bearing damage - there may be casting damage in the head. You will have to replace the (we call them 'jugs' in USA) casting part where the piston travels or have it refinished - new set of rings - cylender honing, valve adjustments, new valves and seats. Did I mention there will be a labor charge.

Have you rebuit engines before? There will be the expense of a shop manual and tools. When it is all said and done, it would probably have been better to replace the motorcycle though not as personally satisfying. And when you are done, you will have to have a pro put the finishing touches on the ignition and other fine tune operations.

replace the motorcycle, my friend

Why do blue smoke continueiously coming out from the exhaust pipe?

Blue or blue/grey exhaust smoke is invariably burning engine oil and continuous smoking is probably bad as it is mostly caused by worn out pistons, rings and bores though there are other causes from the oil pan being overfull to the engine being very dirty inside.
Failed turbo seals (if fitted) is another possible cause and with a few models even an almost blocked air filter is a possibility.

One cause that isn't encountered very often concerns a newly rebuilt engine that has used a high specification engine oil from the outset, preventing the newly machined cylinder bores and new piston rings properly bedding in. One such engine I encountered smoked badly - the oil drain holes in the piston oil control grooves had been blocked by carbon.
After dismantling and cleaning and glaze-busting the bores the engine needed no new parts at all - I used a proprietary running-in oil for 1000 miles and the engine was fine.

Bedford trucks ( a division of GM) had many smoky engines for the same reason, simply the newly introduced turbo-rated engine oils were far too good to be used before the engines had bedded in...

I want to turbo my 2003 VW Jetta 2.0 how do i set my car up internally so i don't break my engine

well it all depends on how much boost you plan to run,a miled boost set up of about 5-7psi should survive with stock components how ever 10+ you will need to do major intrenal surgry from pistons right down to bearings but its doable. if you'r going the mild way you would need turbo charger, costom exhaust manifold and adapters, induction pipeing or hoses(sylicone) intercooler fuel management remapping cooling system upgrade, brakes up grade,
