Code p 430 refers to catalytic converter system , bank 2---efficiency below threshold ====causes ---cat converter--wiring ---Heated oxygen sensor (HO2S in the exhaust manifold bank 2 before the cat converter)
have the cat converter checked for failure and blocking the exhaust

SOURCE: where is the o2 sensor located on a 1991 honda accord ex 2.2 engine

Further clarification on the O2 sensor location: It is in the exhaust pipe, under the center of the car, on top of the pipe, just aft of the oil filter.

SOURCE: 1998 honda accord obd code P0171 and P0170.

Hi,welcome to fix ya.
p0171 is for a lean fuel condition .A variety of things can cause this code the most common one is a bad o2 sensor but a plugged injector, fuel filter or dirty egr system can cause this as well.

SOURCE: 1991 honda accord - runs rough and stalls on start up.

Did you set the ignition timing after you installed the dist.? If yes, I'd say you got a bad distributor(the one you just put in) since all the codes you're getting are directly for sensors located within the distributor.

SOURCE: honda accord ex 2001 check engine light suddenly came on, car started to idle roughly

If it's running rough, chances are that it's misfiring. If the Check Engine light is flashing/blinking, it is definitely misfiring.
If that's the case, drive it as little as possible... Or straight to the mechanic because the more you drive it while it's misfiring, the higher the chance is of you ruining your catalytic converter.

O2 sencor 1991 honda accord, where is it located?

Hi again Sharon:
On 1991 Honda Accord 2.2L FI 4cyl the Oxygen Sensor is located under hood, center, front engine area, mounted in exhaust manifold (Except EX model).

A special socket is used to remove the oxygen sensor. Note the slot cut into the side of the socket.

Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I'll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.

Thank you for using Fixya, and have a nice day.

Check engine light

P0041 Downstream Oxygen Sensors Swapped From Bank To Bank
How does a P0041 code trigger the check engine light? This code will trigger the light to come on under the following condition:

The Heated Oxygen Sensor Monitor, a strategy built into the computer, determines if the Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) signal response for a change in fuel trim corresponds to the correct engine bank. If a response from the Oxygen Sensor being tested is not indicated, a trouble code will be set and the MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp) will illuminate.
Possible Causes:
Crossed Heated Oxygen Sensor harness connectors
Wiring swapped from one Oxygen Sensor connector to the other
Wiring changed at the computer connection or in the related harness

3 problems speed sensor, check engine light, light on instrument panel

I have a 1991 Accord EX with the same problem.
The speedometer does not work at all and the "S" light continues to flash. I took a chance and went to my local auto wrecker and bought a used VSS (speed sensor) for $20 and that fixed my problem.
