In order to replace the fuel pump u must remove the gas tank, the fuel pump is located inside the tank. U are going to need to get the car at least 3 feet in the air, u will need a good 2 1/2 ton hydraulic floor jack, 4 good safety stands and common hand tools, also a brass drift to release fuel pump module retainner ring on top of tank, don't use steel one spark and u are up in smoke.

These vehicles seem to have a problematic short, my grandfather has the same vehicle with the same problem, i found the short under the carpet on the driver side of the vehicle, under the gas pedal, sometimes wires can crack and break.

For speedometer not working.Check the VSS.VSS means vehicle speed sensor.Check out the vehicle speed sensor where it connects to the differential.
May have popped off.Clean the sensor and refit.And then check.-------------
For no display on odometer the instrument cluster panel has to be removed and checked.If there is any loose soldering or loose wires on instrument panel circuit then it has to be re-soldered and checked.-------------------
For fuel gauge not working,it has to be tested.
The procedure to perform the test is as follows:---
Unplug fuel tank sending unit connector. Then turn
ignition on. If fuel gauge indicates EMPTY, go to next step. If fuel gauge does
not indicate EMPTY, then there is a short circuit in fuel gauge wiring harness.
To test this Connect a 12-volt, 3.4-watt test light between terminals of
sending unit wiring harness to the fuel gauge connector. With ignition on, test
light should flash and gauge needle should move toward FULL. If test light does
not flash and gauge needle does not move, the wiring harness has open circuit and the harness needs to be
replaced. But if wiring harness checks
good, then its faulty fuel gauge itself, replace fuel gauge.

Also for RPM gauges and temperature not working the wires in the instrument cluster needs to be checked.---------- The wirings are either loose or got short in instrument cluster.
----------Check the fuses in steering column in the dash.Check all the fuses.If any of them is blown,replace that fuse.-------------- this should help.Thanks.Helpmech.
