SOURCE: I have rebuilt volkswagen transporter 2.5 diesel 2000 model

The throttle body may need to have a re-learn performed. This can only be done with a shop with a VAG system or the dealer. One of VW's great ideas, an electronic throttle body. Double check your coils as well. You may be getting spark, but not enough. I had both of these issues on an 03 Passat a couple of weeks ago in my shop.

SOURCE: 1995 volkswagon passat starts while in gear.

Since you have already tried the obvious look to make sure that the new switch is properly engaging when you move the pedal. Most of these switches have some adjustment in their placement. Otherwise search through the wire harness and tape up ANY cracks or breaks in the plastic coating. Also look at all the connectors for green corrosion. If you find or suspect corrosion replace the connector. VW''s are picky when it comes to corrosion and breaks in wire insulation. Hope this helps.

Replaced volkswagen chico 2005 clutch now there is no pressure

Are you referring to the clutch pedal? If so you may need to readjust the clutch cable. You do this by turning the clutch cable in a tightening direction while holding the lower nut that is also on the clutch cable. Try loosening it up and see if that brings the pedal back.

I HAVE CLUTCH SHUDDER WHEN STARTING OFF, BUT ONLY AFTER THE TRANSPORTER HAS DRIVEN 50-100 KILOMETRES, THERE IS NO SHUDDER WHEN YOU START OFF COLD, IT IS A 2.5 PETROL TRANSPORTER

Its your thrust bearing. If this is on its way out then Im sure you clutch is in the same state of repair. I wish there was a cheap fix but im afraid there isn't.

Vw transporter goes into gear but has no drive, clutch replaced 3,000 miles ago, gearbox removed and striped, clutch and gearbox all look OK ?

Interesting, what was done to the transmission... complete rebuild or just clutch?
"Striped" recently or 3000 mi ago?
It sounds like the clutch has failed but without more diagnostic information an exact answer is impossible

The warmer the engine gets, the harder the truck is to shift!

replace the fluid in clutch resaviour ALL of it
ILL bet the fluid is dark and not clear you got moisture in the fluid

water expands much more than hydraulic fluid to hot temps
making less "room" for piston travel in clutch slave
