This could be multiple issues.
1.) timing belt
2.) Crank sensor
3.) Fuel pump (although usually they do not just die they get weak)
Check these let me know.

I have bad news for you
p0604 is a transmission control module
check the connection at the transmission control module if there are no connection issues than you will need to replace the transmission controll module "tcm" there is no other test for that code.

needs looking at because it could be switch that allows it to turn on if sufficient gas is present ,or a problem with the clima compùter ,but to do anything you will need the special machine to empty the system then check things out so take to an authorised AC garage ,because these systems are a potential accident and you could lose a finger with frostbite in a matter of less than 2 seconds .therefore i will not tell you how to look for a soloution because of the dangerous nature of playing with air con

I have the same problem, I'm cureenlty going to try Step one and, Replace the Transmission Fluid,
I'm doing this becuase, the Kia Spectra need a special transmission Fluid that the last owner or person might not have put in.
Number two reason is because from my knowledge old transimission fluid will do this also.
Do it yourself to save money search it up on google, thats how i learned.
