That must be the security system. Check your owner's manual for a reset procedure. Most people will tell you your best bet is the dealership-only they have the electronic testing equipment and expertise to work on factory installed security, especially so if any reprogramming is required. I don't know if that's the case, the owner's manual may shed some light.
The starter solenoid has a bad contact inside in delivering current to the starter. When it is cold the battery weaker than normal so it can not provide enough current to the starter since there is big resistance path from the bad solenoid preventing enough current to turn the starter to crank up the engine. Replacing the starter solenoid will take care of this problem.
do the lights come on in the front if its just a little red light its possible you tripped the security on the van . or is it the batery light flashing and the battery is dead
my power locks dont work or heated seats on my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 i also have keyless remote entry and that dont work i took it to the dodge dealer and they had it for three days and could not find the problem they said the called dodge and did not get a answer please help
