I don't know about your heater problem, especially if there is heat on the driver's side. Could just be a closed vent on the other side. BUT, If all 4 of your power windows went out simultaneously, pray that it's a fuse issue. Because if it isn't, either all 4 of your window switches or all 4 of your window motors have gone out. Just be glad they're stuck up instead of down. I've had several replaced. It's expensive and involves pulling off the door interiors.

SOURCE: I have 2001 Pontiac Bonneville My heat works but

Your passenger side temperature door actuator is bad. You can access the actuator by removing the glove box & hush panel. The actuator is on the side of the HVAC box. If you can gain access to the actuator watch the center of the actuator as you change the temp on the control head, if the actuator does not move it is bad, if it does, the door inside the HVAC box is bad. Most likely its the actuator. If you remove the actuator & open it up you will most likely find the large center plastic gear is cracked all the way through. It is held in place by 2 or 3 7/32 screws. Once you replace it, disconnect your battery wait 30 seconds and reconnect it to reset the HVAC control head so it can relearn your actuator positions. It can take up to 5 minutes for the control head to go through it's relearn procedure. You can try resetting the actuator first , but make sure your radio is turned off before you disconnect the battery and if your luck, the actuator may not have any broken parts and the gears may just need to be freed up and lubed. Good luck friend and hope this helps.

My 2003 pontiac bonneville will not blow hot air, I have it on max heat and I still get cold air. I recently changed the water pump becuase it was going out. there also is no water leak on my passenger...

you didnt mention changing the thermostat, common culprit of this problem, the thermostat is in the waterneck at the motor end of the top radiator hose, easy fix, be sure to use new waterneck gasket when putting back together

Climate control only blows cold air driver side, i get heat on passenger side however

This sounds like a "dual-zone" issue. Does this car have this feature. If so, probably one of the temperature sensors. Should be located under the glovebox by the passenger leg area.

AC unit blows cold on passenger side and warm on driver side.

Hi,
There are separate blend doors for the passenger and driver's side. The blend doors divert, not block air, so it is unlikely that the blend doors are the problem. You need to check the operation of the re-circ door.
There may be some more duct work that attaches to the heat/air conditioning housing under the dash, that supplies air and or heat to both the driver side and passenger side of the car, the duct work on the driver side may have come disconnected.Check this also.
Hope this helps
Thanks
Smith.

Heat works on driver side, passenger side blows cold air.

Did you check your coolant level or was it low and you added to it at some point? If so the system my need to be bleed or worst case the thermostat is going bad.
