While you were filling the tank you may have disconnected the pump wires. If you can hear the pump activating when you use the switch then the pump may have gotten clogged , check for sediment in the tank. For the person with the mustang - if its only coming out of one side then its a nozzle clogged or a pinched hose.

the little pump inside the washer fluid reservoir is bad, replace it

If its completely not doing anything, it may be the park-neutral safety switch- it engages when you put the jeep into park, and if bad will not let anything happen- its as if the jeep is still in gear, and it kills everything. Jiggle your gearshift, go in and out of park a few times- might help.
Other fix is to open the hood, find the starter relay, remove the black plastic cover over the relay guts, and with the ignition switch on, press down on the relay- it bypasses the safety switch, and should start right up. You won't shock yourself- we've been doing it intermittently for two years.

looks like they are on more than one fuse. your passenger compartment fuse box is down below your dash panel on drivers side between brake pedal and left side kick panel. the heater a/c fuse is a 25 amp fuse, should be fuse 6. the wipers are fed through a 4.8 amp circuit breaker which might be in the same fuse box, or not. your car also has a power distribution center under the hood. if you don't get anywhere with the fuses in the passenger compartment, look in the power distribution center. chrysler doesn't always share lots of info and i can only look up part of the wiring diagram. can't find anything about turn signals, my guess is that fuse is in power distribution box. hope that helps

it sounds like the power wire came off or broke from the ignition switch ,if you can test each wire with the column
cover off,you should be able to determine which one powers the fuse for turn signals
