SOURCE: hyundai sonata 2003 v6 what do i need for a tune

A tune up is generic. i don'y have specific part numbers or anything, but a tune-up generally consists of:
Spark Plug replacement (6 of them)
Spark Plug Wire replacement (6 of them)
Fuel filter replacement
Air filter replacement
On older vehicle, one would check all the components that involve spark, such as distributor cap & rotor. You might not have these, yours may be computerized, no service required until it fails.
A tune up would also include a review of all recommended service items as noted in your owners manual. Some of these might be mileage related. Such as, timing belt & transmission fluid replacement.
I normally do not do tune-up's unless the vehicle is having a problem. If you end up taking your vehicle to a mechanic to diagnose a problem, he will suggest many of these items before beginning his diagnosis.

there are a handfull of secrets to rebuild one of these. An ATSG rebuilding manual will give you nearly everything you need. The secrets usually aren't in the books though.

I have 03 Hyundai Sonata heater blower worked on #2 speed and now it stopped working need help

Probably a loose connection, burnt switch, or smoked wire in climate control panel, buried in dashboard. Either grab a repair manual (haynes has good schematics) or take to the dealership. Beware of the hundai curse! The electrical demons are awakening.

Where is the pcv valve located on a 2003 hyundai sonata

I have a 2003 Hyundai Sonata GLS 2.7L V6 , I'm having a problem locating the pcv valve. I was told it was on the valve cover near the fire wall. Is it located near the throttle body? i have to take off the intake to change the plugs so I'm sure I will find it then. Just thought I would ask someone that has pervious experience. Thanks for anyone's input.
