Re: 2004 Santa Fe. Owner's manual was stolen in

Re: 2004 Santa Fe. Owner's manual was stolen in break-in. Temperature reader flipped back to Celsius when I had battery replaced. I'm off on disability and poor. Please don't suggest I buy another owner's manual just to change it back to Fahrenheit; I don't have the money!! Just how do I change it back?

Im also disabiltiy,i know how it is.just hold the temp down button and the AMB button for atleast three seconds

You have to hold two buttons at the same time for more than 3 seconds. The "MODE" and "A/C" buttons on the heater control unit, if I'm not mistaken. Once you release the buttons it should change automatically to F. I hope this helps!! Thanks!!!

Need to fit temperature fuel sensor on santa fea

There is a fuel temp. sensor. Mine went bad on my 2005. $39.00. Its in the gas tank. you can access the sensor from under the back seats. Mine came up as a check engine fault code. Also, it had no impact on engine performance. Hope that helps.
