SOURCE: I have a 2011 Lincoln mkx with 80000 miles and the master cylinder and abs went out the dealer wants 1800.00 to fix it is this right?

No they are trying to rip you off,just need's a Abs speed sensor,Stay away from the Ford dealers,go to a place that sells tires and repairs brakes,get a few estimates.Midas does brakes,estimates are free.
