SOURCE: broken crankshaft pulley bolt on

The only possibility I can suggest is that which is called and 'Easyout.' These are available at parts stores and come (normally) with a sized drill and a special bit with left-hand threads.
First a hole is drilled with the provided drill bit, then the removal bit is screwed into the new hole and turned counter-clockwise which further inserts the removal bit and, if the removal bit does not snap, the broken threaded shank should back out.
I would suggest soaking the broken part with penetrating lubricant first and allowing it time to seep into the threads of the broken bolt.

SOURCE: Where is the crankshaft sensor on 2007 2.0L dodge

Hello Maurice.

The sensor on your Caliber is below the exhaust manifold and a little to the left center of the engine block.
In the diagram it is picking up it's signal direct from the crankshaft.

I hope your repair goes well for you.
Happy New Year.

How do I remove the alternator pulley from a 2008 Dodge Caliber

An impact usually works best. If it has the plastic cover on the front of the pulley, just use a small screwdriver or pick to remove it to get to the nut.

Pulley on my car is damaged

A damaged crankshaft pulley, or harmonic balancer, must be replaced. The easiest way to loosen the crank pulley bolt is with an air impact tool. The center bolt is very tight. A long breaker bar, 1/2 inch drive, with a proper socket on the bolt can also work, but you need someway to hold the crankshaft steady while loosening the bolt-you don't want to let the crankshaft turn backward (counter-clockwise). That is bad for the timing belt. You can hold it steady by removing the starter, and wedge the flywheel with a large screwdriver or prybar held against the flywheel's ring gear teeth. Once you have the bolt loose, sometimes a puller is required to get the pulley off the crankshaft, and sometimes it is not so tight and can be pulled off by hand or with a couple of screwdrivers behind and on each side of pulley and work it off that way.
Good luck.

Diagram to show how to get the serpentine belt of a 2008 dodge caliber

There is a diagram in the engine compartment itself that displays belt routing and removal.

When you look at the engine and all the pulleys that the serpentine belt goes around, one of those pulleys will have a "tensioner" on it. On that "tensioner", there should be a square looking slot for you to insert a socket extension to or you may have enough room to just use the socket drive handle itself.

Rotate counter clockwise until you have relieved enough tension to slide the belt off. Reverse the procedure for re-installation.
