2001 BMW 325i problem: Car runs very rough, but no warning lights

Do you have check engine light on? You probably forgot to plug something in when you where putting it back together.

Scan for codes--see what is applicable

Sounds like you have a dead battery. Try recharging the battery or get someone with jumper cables to give you a jump. If your battery dies again after driving for at least an hour you likely need a new battery. If the battery in the car is the original, it's time to replace it anyway.

there is a button located on the end of the turn signal that controls the clock function on the dash and the radio clock.

the warning light is controlled by a temperature sensor,maybe this sensor is faulty & needs to be replaced.....hope this helps.....cheers

check for loose connections then fluid levels if ok scan for codes if check engine light is on if not maybe bad fuel fuel filter or clogged injectors or low battery function

The check engine light could be any number of things and the only way to find out is have the codes scanned. The brake light issue is common on E46 3 series. It is an issue were the brown ground wire that goes into the lamp housing melts at the connector causing a loose ground connection. The connector needs to be replaced and also add additional grounding wires to prevent further issues. And for fuel additives either use the cheveron techron, or the bmw fuel additive(the bmw stuff is the exact same thing, so just use which ever is cheaper).

air bag lights comes on after about 65,000 mi. or so your computer will do so, so you can take it in to be checked, maybe its dettected some kind of a leack. My car did the same think I have a 02 325i
