I would take that to a dealer. Never heard of that before. It's quite possible you are missing torque rods on your front end.

I would suggest to swap the rear tires to the front and see if that helps.
It could also have a shock absorbers problem as well.

SOURCE: Can you replace the lower ball joints in the control arms

You can replace them seperately, but they need pressed out and in. Other methods of removing and installing likely will damage control arm.

SOURCE: front wheels lean in at top

You should have the twin arm suspension. there's just a few things to check. inspect the pivot bushings on your lower torsion rods(from the axle back to the frame), check the upper and lower ball-joints. and last check the wheel bearings.

My car has a sudden stutter when it is under load even cant rev till cut out

I recently tried the DIY service and repair manuals from a website and it actually helped me repair transmission problem in my jcb 3cx site-master.
It would'nt move forward or reverse, engine was good both solenoids for forward and reverse worked, but still couldn't diagnose the problem.
I don't have much technical knowledge but I just followed it step-wise, and now it works perfect! covers diagrams, torque specs, PCV, everything
got it from www.reliable-store.com

2003 ford e150 pulling to left, also when backing up it goes left without turning the wheel.

wheel bearing failure allows wheels to lean it that top
next is ball joint failure followed by suspension bush failure
Take it to an accredited suspension shop and when finished with the repairs have a wheel alignment done

Steering wheel removal

Remove the airbag and there should be a nut in the center of the column, remove that and use a steering wheel puller to pull the wheel. Disconnect the battery first.

Check the tank vent hoses on the filler pipe in the wheel arch, if the show hair cracks replace the lot up and down the tank, very common problem with the Kadett.
