A fuse and a relay are two different things. Which are you looking for? By 'flasher' do you mean the turn signals? Try this website where they will be listed as "Turn Signals".

Check all your fuses and relays first. Check to see if you are getting fuel to the engine. Listen to see if your fuel pumps is kicking on. I would start checking that first. Is the fan coming on? If not, possible lower radiator fan switch/sensor? No leaks... So overflow tanks level stays stable? How do you know it is overheating? Elevated temp guage? Engine smells overheated? Both? We need more info.
