I recently had my battery changed in my toyota echo and since then my cd player comes up with "sec" on the screen...it doesnt say how to unlock this in the manual ??

Isn't there a security code needed to reset the stereo after a battery change? The Stereo thinks it has been stolen. See your Manual and see your nearest Toyota dealer. Or use a tweezers to reach in and pull out the stuck CD. And clean the rollers with alcohol.
if you have the service books there should be a card with the code. if you dont you need to go to a toyota dealer the can give you the code they need full details of car
