I have a 1992 Lund 1600 Angler Deluxe with a 60Hp Evinrude motor. I have power to the motor, the starter works, the trim works, the trim gauge and gas gauges work. I have No spark.

the good thing about starter motors is they are all constructed the same so any wiring diagram of a starter / overhaul manual for starters will show how it is made and the wiring diagram of the fields , armature and solenoid

Your fuel consumption will be affected by many factors, such as : - how you drive the vehicle - the condition and tune of the motor - driving conditions (traffic, city use, highway use etc) - tire pressures - type and grade of fuel used .
It is impossible for me to estimate what fuel consumption you can expect from your own particular car without a whole lot of information.
It's unwise to run the vehicle for long with no working fuel gauge.
you can try to pull the gauge cluster and see if the electrical is still connected usually a plug about 12 pins remove the trim then the 4 screws you should be able to pull it out slowly
