The passenger door not locking is likely a broken wire or a door module issue. For that, you need an auto electrician who has access to data sheets and also has a pro grade scan tool computer. Possible causes. The button, wiring from the button to the PCM, PCM, wiring from the PCM to the cruise control module, cruise control module. Which in your case , the cruise module is the throttle body module. Drive by wire. Have the codes read.
