It's located underneath the intake exhaust manifold , the best way to do this is to get under the front of the engine then look underneath the manifold ps can be tricky and small hands are best for this good luck colin

There is a 3.0, 3.3, and a 3.8 V-6 engine available for that year, I know the 3.3 and 3.8 are very similar, I have a 3.3, it's located between the fuel rail and the thermostat housing. Disconnect elec. connector, one bolt holds it in place, you can access it with a socket and extension through the serpentine belt, and through a hole in a mounting bracket . O ring on sensor may result in some resistance when trying to pull sensor out after removing mounting bolt. Good luck, Curt

That makes the computor think the timing is off. Replace the sensor and see if that does it. You will then have to have the code cleared (erased) or the light will come back on/stay on.

On the throttle body where the cables are theres a spring that closes throttle body opposite side of cables
