2004 Saab 9-4 sunroof fuse

My sunroof on my 2004 Saab 9-3 ARC no longer opens and I suspect a blown fuse. However, I have misplaced the owner's manual. Does anyone know which fuse is the sunroof fuse? Is it in the driver's side panel or the fuse box under the hood?

Thanks much.

It should be in the drivers side panel, and if its not marked, then remove fuses one at a time to see which one is blown....

The fuse for the sunroof should be #18 (15amp) in the trunk fusebox.(left side of trunk at the rear - pull on small handle to expose it. If it isn't blown then it may be the module (black box) on the motor itself or the switch. - Saabintern7

1. Check fuses.

2. Check bulbs.

3. Check that wiring harness are attached securely.

4. Check for water in tail lights.

5. Check that wiring has a good ground wire - not loosely attached or attached to rusty spot on body.

Hi my sunroof on my saab 9-5 2.3t arc estate is not working with the switch. any ideas? thanks

First check the fuse. The fuse must be in the main fuse box. The position and function of the fuses is normally marked on the inside of the fuse box cover and also in the owner's handbook. If you don't come right with these, work your way through the fuses looking for a blown one. To ease your search the wiper fuse it should be around 30 amps.
Check why the fuse blew, the sunroof may have jammed, also, the sunroof fuse may be linked to the side mirror, check to see if that has not been damaged or jammed - ice perhaps if the conditions were right.

2004 Saab 93 convertible top will not close; just happened in 80 degree weather. No longer under warranty. What's approx. cost?

Lubricate all parts on the top that pivot and check the fuse for a blown one. If the fuses are good then it may be a relay not sending power to the electric motor. Hope this helps. Good luck

Adjust headlights on a 2004 Saab 9-3

Check the fuse box under the hood on drivers side, it will be number 17 and a 10 amp. this vehicle has automatic headlight adustment when you crank the car. If the fuse is blown the lights will point down to keep from blinding oncoming traffic.
