Driver side seat will not adjust and the steering wheel adjust will not work.

If adjustment is electric check fuses in fuse box, if it is mechanic you need to take apart steering and seat, in this case is better to go to a garage.

2006 Chevy Trailblazer with both driver side and passenger side heated seats and all electrical seat adjustments stopped working all at one time. What may be the cause of this?

You have a power seat circuit breaker in rear fuse box, that circuit is hot all the time. The orange wire carries voltage to seat adjuster switch. You need to check ground for adjuster switch, also.

If circuit breaker is overheating it will cause an open circuit.

Hood cabel broke on 2006 Sonata, how do I open hood?

If you are looking to open the hood of an Infiniti QX56, look for a lever somewhere on the side of the steering wheel or by the driver's side door. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Automatic steering wheel feature

Since both problems surfaced at the same time...this indicates they are on the same circuit. Since both features would not quit working at once, I'd bet the farm that neither is getting power. I'd start at the fuse box, If all good there, maybe a relay. Also check all other power functions if these solutions don't work to see if anything else is effected.

Driver seat and steering wont adjust on my 95 740il

here's what you have to do:
#1. make sure the fuse to the seat adjustment is not blown, its usually a 10 or 15amp fuse.
#2. unscrew the cover to the controls on the driver's seat and make sure the harness is not loose or
broken, if the harness fails to attach to the control board correctly the steering wheel and the
seat adjustment will not work, this harness tends to come loose and even brake over time due to
the constant movement when you get in and out of your car.
I hope this solves your problem.
