Try this: With the ignition ON but radio OFF, press in and hold the INFO button and turn volume control until the menu appears. Now choose CONFIRMATION and Enter. Go down and select SERVICE and press Enter. Select RESET and then Enter. Backup to the main menu and now turn ignition off. This should remove it.

You just may have a Broken Speedometer Cable.
You Can check this by disconnecting the outer cable housing and inspecting the Inner Drive Cable.
