Hi, I have a 04 nissan maxima 3.5sl, my car doesn't shift gears when the car reaches 35 mph. Also the dash board therometer where the rpm and mph doesn't move to show how fast the car is going or what my rpm is readin, like the censor isn't connected to the transmission either the temperture and gas gauge aren't working either.

run fault codes and check for TCM operation. Change the oil and clean the filter. Have the bands and clutch packs adjustment checked while the pan is off.
do not flush the trans, that will make it worse.
My friend you have no second gear, you need trans rebuilt.
If you flush it now you can cause more damage.
