SOURCE: 2002 Toyota Sequioa

Ok, since this is multi part, I'll try to do each at a time.

Window up and down. Could be motor, could be switch. I would check the motor first. You can do this by applying a voltage source directly to the window motor to see if it works both ways. Once you determine that, you can test the switch.

Sounds like the latch has finally failed. Replace the latch assembly. The WD40 was a temp fix, and it has finally reached failure point.

Turn signals flashing fast is usually a sign of a bad bulb (either front or rear) They run on a resistance balance. If one bulb in the circuit goes bad (F or R) they go "out of balance" replace the bulbs.
It also could be that the flasher unit has gone bad. All of these parts are minimal cost, so replacement is not that bad of an undertaking.

But none of them are really related to the brake job.

My toyota sequioa will not start when the weather outside is cold..... later it 'll start when outside is warmer.

I would get your battery load tested. Most auto part stores will do it for free.

2002 toyota sienna change transmission fluid and

The drain plug is on the bottom of the transmission. Its torqued to 49 nM.
1. Remove tranny oil pan drain plug
2. Drain old fluid (roughly 2-4 quarts)
3. Reinstall drain plug.
4. Measure amount drained in a 99 cent orange juice pitcher from Walmart
5. Pour back the same amount drained using Toyota Type T-IV fluid (available in 1 quart bottles from a Toyota dealer.
6. Start engine and shift slowly through all the gears ending in Park.
7. Check fluid level on the dipstick. Add fluid, if necessary, to bring the level to a point inbetween the COLD and HOT marks on the dipstick.
8. Go for a 20 minute drive and recheck fluid level. Add fluid, if necessary, to bring the level up to,
but not beyond, the upper half of the HOT range on the dipstick.

As in 1973, NO FLUSHING is needed and NO FILTER REPLACEMENT is needed, NO PAN REMOVAL is needed. As, as in 1973 todays Toyotas have a metal mesh filter screen that doesn't ever get clogged except in rare cases of transmission operational abuse, including failure to ever change the fluid for 150,000 miles or more.

Trunk lid on 2005 sequioa wont open. I can hear it click to indicate it is unlucked when I use the fob or the key. However, when I press on the latch/handle to pull it open, nothing happens. It stays stuck....

The trunk release handle is made out of plastic, there is a lever that contacts the release lever inside, the lever part on the handle breaks off. Use a flashlight and look inside
the small square opening you will see the release lever which metal. use a screwdriver to push this lever down, the rear gate will pop open (be sure it's in the unlocked position) after the gate is open remove the inside paneling to get to the mounting nuts/bolts for the plastic handle.
It's a good idea to get the new one first so you know what you're dealing with.
