Please tell me torque settings for 1.8 Tdci focus engine on crank caps, conrod caps & flywheel bolts

The conrod torque specification for the MR20 engine in the Nissan X-Trail T31 is 27-31 Nm (20-23 lb-ft) for the connecting rod bolts.
It's important to follow the correct torque sequence and use a torque wrench to ensure the bolts are tightened to the correct specification. Always refer to the manufacturer's service manual or consult a qualified mechanic if you're not comfortable performing engine work yourself.

1. Tighten the cylinder head bolts in the sequence shown. Using the 4 step torque turn method, tighten according to the following values:

• • Step 1: All to 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.)
  • Step 2: All to 68 Nm (50 ft. lbs.)
  • Step 3: All to 68 Nm (50 ft. lbs.)

CAUTION: Do not use a torque wrench for the following step.
Step 4: Turn an additional 1/4 turn

• Step 5: Install and tighten bolts (1-10) in sequence shown, to 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.) .

1. Tighten bolts (1-10) again to 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.) PLUS 1/4 turn in sequence shown.
2. Install main bearing bedplate to engine block bolts (11-20), and torque each bolt to 28 Nm (20 ft. lbs.) in sequence shown.

Connecting Rod Cap Bolts 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.) + 1/4 turn

1. Tighten all bolts in a single sequence to 50 Nm
2. Back the bolts off 1/2 turn.
3. Tighten the bolts in sequence shown to 50 Nm .
4. Rotate all the bolts in a single sequence an additional180 degrees in two steps of 90 degrees each.
