1999 Intrepid with no working electrical (lights, wiper,turn signal) on the right side of the car. Is this a blown fuse(s) or something more?

You don't give me much information to work with, and electrical problems can be the most frustrating to solve. I would start naturally by checking the fuses. I hope you've already done this. Next I would check the relays. I believe this is where you will find the solution to your problem. If not I would start to investigate the wireing, especially the grounds. They can cause many problems and sometime people thing it's OK just because the wire is connected, Not always the case my friend. Part of the problem is the fact that electricity only travels on the OUTSIDE of a wire, and if your wire is rusted or corroded can cause you problems.

Right side running lights not working

Remove light, look closely at bulb, also test ground if light looks good, use 12 volt test light ,see if getting power at light socket remember light switch has to be on ,PS there maybe more then one fuse for lights but it sounds like a bad bulb or ground on that one light . hope this helps ,please feel free to ask again. thank you.
