your window motor is probably shot so you may need to get a new one or go to a junkyard and get one out of a junk car
SOURCE: Just bought Lincoln LS 2000 Problem: with AC on
I had the same problem and replaced the dual coolant control valve . The part was around $200.00
on line. Make sure you label the hoses-- hard to get out. I am not geared with all the bells and whistles for auto work it took me about six hours. I have read on line that some people clean the valve and reinstall it.
I took the car to three mechanics and they tried telling me it was a blend door motor . These motors rarely go bad. MY AC works fine now. Good Luck
SOURCE: 2006 Lincoln zephyr driver side door wont latch
try pulling the door handle a time or two, perhaps the latching mechanism is stuck in the latched position. sometimes pulling the handle and moving the latch with a screwdriver is needed. if this doesn't work then try lifting up on the door while shutting it, if this works then you need new door hinge bushings or new door hinges

Hello
The engine
and automatic transmission in this vehicles drive train
are fully electronically controlled by a computer called the PCM and
TCM (Power Train Control Module, Transmission Control Module). When a
problem like this or other drive-ability related problems occurs the
computer stores a record of the problem (there are of course some
exceptions to this, like the fuel pump, engine coolant temperature
sensor and MAF sensor for instance) in the form of a fault code in
its memory, to read these fault codes you must have the systems
memory scanned with a special tool. Once the fault code(s) are read
you then must perform the appropriate diagnostic testing to find and
resolve the problem(s) DO NOT REPLACE ANY PARTS UNTIL
A TRAINED TECHNICAIN HAS DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM TO AVOID SPENDING YOUR
HARD EARNED MONEY ON PARTS THAT MAY NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM
