How do I change the light bulb in my 2003 Malibu gear shjfter

very easy if you look at it you have 2 slider take a screw driver lift it up the slider have are bent on top they lock the lends in place after lifting the slider pull the light it should come of install bulb reinstall the light push the slider down that it good lucl pierre

Actually there are two little black tabs on top of each headlight housing and you simply have to pull them up to release the whole headlamp.

Then follow the rest of emissionwiz's solution.

the bulb should unscrew (1/4 turn counterclockwise) from the back of the lens. if you cant get to the back of the lens then there should be tabs made of sheet metal (1 inch wide) that you can pull up (probably 2 on each headlight) and the lamp will pull out of the front of the car so you can reach the bulbs that way.

Pull the center console around gear shifter and underneath is the bulb you need to replace. Just make sure u are careful cause u cand brake them.

SOURCE: I have a 2003 Chevy Malibu and my gear shift light is out. I know what I have to do to get to the bulb but my problem is I can't figure out which fuse is for the light!
