When I turn the key, the lights go on, windows work, sunroof works... but when I turn it to the start position, nothing happened. If I jump it at the started with the key on, it runs OK.

Try another battery. Sometimes a battery might have enough amp to turn the lights on, open and close the windows, and even beep the horn. Sometimes it might even display that it have the right amp, but in reality the battery is damage giving you the wrong information.
Test with another battery, you could borrow one from a friend. Being there, done that.

Looks like the ignition switch is bad. The fact that the car starts with jumping th e starter, that eliminates the starter, bad wiring and weak battery.
Ignition switch is right behind the key cylinder at the steering column.
