Hello, unfortunately you will have to have it checked by the experts as there could be quite a few possibilities for the cause. The only one simple fix that comes to mind is that the screen earth wire is no longer contacting firmly. But that is a 30% chance. Even then you would have to loosen quite a few items to check for that.If you are confident enough to try it, then do so, otherwise.. leave it to the knowing.

You cannot reset it They come on for a reason, that reason being a fault.so you will have to find the fault through a diagnostic test then when found and fixed the light will go out.It is a mistake to ignore and keep driving as it will end up being more than alight you will have to deal with.

What kind of smell? Sweet like coolant or a musty, decomposing like smell? If sweet like antifreeze it could be your heater core if musty/mildewy or decomposing like smell try replacing your cabin air filter.
