Hello there,
It seems that you may face a problem with your car. Types of
smokes coming out of tail pipe are as follows:
WHITE - Water coolant leaking into engine or Cracked
Cylinder head.
BLUE - Oil leaking in to combustion chambers that is an
Engine problem. Piston Ring faulty

White smoke coming from exhaust, need help

White smoke is condensation from a buildup of water from within the exhaust system - if it was blue smoke then it is burning oil ... let car sit for a few minutes and take the dipstick out - wipe it clean - then re-insert dipstick - take it back out and check level against gauge at bottom of dipstick if you think you may have overfilled the oil

2003 Volkswagen Jetta black smoke when going up the mountain

sounds like the turbo could be going bad, did you check air filter? Black smoke generally means your not getting enough air to burn fuel.

White smoke is coming out of the exhaust. my cars is constantly overheating and the coolant is constantly running out but with no leaks. Oil in car comes out cloudy even after oil change

This is serious, the white smoke is steam, which means that water is getting into the conbustion chambers, it sounds like a cylinderhead gasket has gone or a cracked cylinder head. I am afraid an expensive garage job.

White smoke coming out of the exhaust when starting the engine?

Its the problem of oil.The oil is getting burned out. The vehicle is either burning oil or it is moisture in the gas chamber if you notice white smoke from the exhaust. This is a common possibility.but in some cases this white smoke is not due to oil burning. In that case   White smoke from the exhaust is a symptom of coolant entering the combustion chamber. Normally this is a sign of a blown head gasket or cracked head. And  this is not a common problem must be repaired immediately. You must STOP driving this vehicle or you will cause serious engine damage. you will have to get both this possibilities checked.
Thanks. you can rate this solution and show your appreciation.

It is sometimes hard to start my jetta tdi. When this happens and I finally get it started, qite a bit of thick smoke comes out of the exhaust. Any thoughts?

It is hard starting my VW 2003 Jetta. It usually take 5 to 10 cranking before it turns over. Then it run normally. It only happens when the car has not been driven for about 6 hours.
