SOURCE: land rover disco2 dies while idling or at stop signs then sometimes non start no spark p1668 & p0563

Actually, those are general OBDII codes Malissa, not Land Rover specific:

P1668 Land Rover Anti-Theft Alarm serial link fault : Drive cycle A:Signal out of range - above maximum
The alternator is supplying a high voltage, above 16 volts to trigger the P0563

**ALSO : CHECK ALL GROUND CONNECTIONS!! ** DIIs do weird stuff without proper grounding / grounding loose.

1999 dodge ram v8 1500 my dog snagged my 02 sensor wires now the truck wont start no fire can any of those wires cause a crank but not start and fuel but no fire? Help

The electrical power for the O2 sensors heaters comes from the automatic shutdown relay (ASD). The ASD also provides power (not control) for the coil and for the injectors. The coil and injectors are controlled by the PCM.

So if the wires for the O2 sensor heater was damaged and shorted, it may have blown the fuse(s) for the ASD, and thus you would have no power to the coil or injectors. The wire for the O2 sensor heater would be colored orange with a dark green tracer. Make sure this wire is not grounded.

The fuses to check in the power distribution center under the hood are fuse 2, a 20A fuse, and fuse 11, a 30A fuse.

I have a 04 tahoe with the 4.8 l v8. I replaced the plugs and wires.When its just sitting in park at an idle it feels like it's got a slight hesitation can a o2 sensor cause it to do that

Yes, an o2 sensor not properly reading could cause a rough idle. Check to see if you have any trouble codes stored in the system.

Changed o2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1 still causing check engine light to come on what could be the problem

EGR port plugged or bad Catylitic Converter perhaps or even a wire burnt on the manifold.
Did you get an aftermarket O2?

A leak in the exhuast system causing poor back pressure.
Is it the same code that came up? Check engine light may be indicating another fault elsewhere... Check all vacuum lines, fuses and wiring prior to replacing any sensor.
Need more info.
Plz give feedback also .

Trouble code p0154

code p0154 refers to heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) 1 bank 2 -- no activity detected===causes --wiring---HO2S---= ECM
it also refers to oxygen sensor (O2S) --no activity detected--===causes --- wiring---O2S sensor---ECM. May be you did not replace the sensors causing the fault.

Will not start p2045 p2197 p0190 p2247 p2245 p2248 p2249 p2518 comes up

code p2045 refers to reductant temperature sensor--high input==causes --wiring faulty sensor
code p2197 refers to heated oxygen sensor(HO2S)1 bank 2-- signal stuck lean===causes HO2S---fuel pressure---injectors---intake leak
also refers to oxygen sensor (O2s)1 bank 2 -signal stuck lean===causes--O2S--fuel pressure---injectors---intake leak
also refers to heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) 1 bank 2--implausible signal===causes wiring---short to ground--short to positive--HO2S---ECM
code po190 refers to fuel rail pressure (FRP) sensor-circuit malfunction===causes --wiring ---fuel rail pressure sensor---ECM
code p2247 refers to heated oxygen sensor (HO2s) 1 bank 1 reference voltage--open circuit===causes--wiring ---ho2s
also refers to o2s 1 bank 2 reference voltage ---open circuit===causes wiring---o2s
also refers to HO2S 1 bank 2 ---no signal===causes wiring--ho2s---ECM
code p2245 refers to HO2S 1 bank 1 --reference voltage --circuit low===causes--wiring short to ground--ho2s also refers to o2s 1 bank 1 circuit low===causes wiring short to ground--o2s
code p2248 refers to the ho2s I bank --performance problem===causes --wiring--ho2s
code p2249 has the same causes short to ground---ho2s and o2s
code p2518 refers to a/c refrigerant pressure sensor B ---circuit high===causes wiring short to positive--a/c refrigerant pressure sensor.
so after all that replace all the ho2s and o2s sensors using the correct tools so that the wiring is not damaged and check the wiring back to the ECM for burns and rub marks.

Problem with ford explorer v8 reading high voltage a sensor 1 bank 1

Clear the computer. Then if the reading is still high, you may have to replace the wire or the sensor. I don't have the specs for the O2 sensor available, could be sensor was bad and you happened to catch the connector problem but did not find the cause of your woes.

Now some O2 wiring has resistor properties, so shortening will change feedback value. Just fixing a pin connector should be okay. Also, the O2 sensor can sometimes have a micro cooling tube moulded into the wires. This type of O2 has its own heating element and vents excess heat through microtube. Try new O2.

00 lincoln l/s 3.9 v8 diagnostic codes

Code 1650 is for the power steering switch saying it is outside its normal operating range. Code 1633 is saying the Keep Alive Voltage is too low. Code 1127 is saying the Exhaust Temperature or O2 sensor is not reporting properly.

Well, a common cause may be a low battery. Have the battery load tested to see if it is shorted. You could have some burned wires melted together and crossing circuits. If the O2 sensor wire fused with the Power steering sensor wire then it could have thrown off or eliminated the readings from these parts. It could also account for a battery drain that is causing the stay alive power to drain.

Once you get your battery checked, someone must look at the O2 sensor wires and the Power steering sensor wires. I really do not see a combination like this too often.
