Most likely your cruise control module has failed. Check your brake lights. If you have no brake lights, the brake pedal switch has failed. If that part fails, your cruise will not work. If everything is working fine, it's probably your module. I would also check the fuses, then plug in a scanner to see if you have any trouble codes. Is the speedometer working? If not the speed sensor is bad and needs replacement it is on the transmission.

Kia spectra 2008..the light that comes on when your door opens nd closes is out what and where is the fuse,

Hi. It's called a courtesy light and the location of the fuse will depend upon your vehicle make and model.

Have you checked the bulb?

Edit: It seems Kia call it a "room light" - It's likely to be a bulb problem still though:

Check your repair manual where the vacuum hoses for the cruise controls are (engine bay). Maybe one of the hoses came off or has a leak.

Well Im hoping that by telling you to check your cruise control wiring and vacuum routing for broken, unplugged wires or vacuum hoses you just might find that a simple vacuum line is in need of attention. good luck

Cruise control and horn stopped working

You need a new clockspring. It is behind the steering wheel, at the top of the steering column. It has wires wound around it like a clock. You will need to disconnect the battery, remove the air bag, then the steering wheel, and the steering column trim. Unbolt it, and install in reverse order.
