Speedometer is not working and all the indicators of brake, check engine, ABS are on. Toyota yaris 2008

"Vehicle Speed Sensor Malfunction". That may be either related to the speedometer or related to the ABS, if your Yaris is equipped with ABS. It indicates that the car THINKS that it should be able to sense how fast the wheels are turning when you're in motion, but it's getting a strange signal from the sensor.

Since this is a Yaris with front-wheel drive, your speed sensors will be somewhere between the transaxle and the front wheels, probably one on each side. Look for some sort of small device mounted next to the axle shafts or next to the brakes - that device should have wiring connected to it. Check the little electrical connector, make sure it's plugged together correctly. The sensor itself may have failed, though, so be prepared to replace one or the other. if replacing one doesn't solve the problem, put the original one back and use the new one to replace the sensor on the other side of the car.

Sounds like your charging system (Alternator) may be failing. Take it to an auto parts store and have a charging system load test performed.

The speedometer or the speed sensor are broken. Buy new parts here:

Vehicle speed sensor was probably damaged when the clutch was replaced. Or maybe it wasn't plugged back in. The sensors are at the wheel hubs.

Anti lock brakes are disabled. you need to have the car scanned to see which ABS sensor is causing the problem. you can check all the wheels and see if the abs wire going to one of the sensors was ripped out by road debris or ice chunks. you have to look behind each wheel to do this. easier with the wheels off, just follow the wiring and inspect for problems.

This could be the case, Car computers don't like being started other than how it was suppose to be started, You will need an error code reader just to confirm there are no problems with the engine then you can clear any stored error codes which will turn off any lights you have on.

as a toyota technician, its probably the wrong fitted of the ring, once you replace the bearing they will removed the ring and in that ring there is a small hole that the sensor goes in. speedometer will not work not work if there is a malfunction in abs and it is speedometer,brake warning light are integrated with abs ecu.
