SOURCE: remove front wiper arms. Lift arm, slide out
Just pry them off. Make sure the tab is out the whole way. Sometimes they can be tough to get off. Spray with wd40 it should aid in getting it loose. You could even tap it a few times with a rubber mallet or a light hammer, just be careful. Good luck if this helps let me know.

At the base of the arm where it attaches to the drive stub, you should see a "L" tab made of stainless steel. that tab swings out, disengaging the arm. you then need to pull and wiggle the arm a bit to get it free from the stub. When you put it back on, make sure you swing the tab back in or the arm will fall off later.

The window regulator mechanism on these vehicles is faulty and failure is repetitive. There is a new model regulator which can be put in, but I understand that requires a new window also. A very good option is the regulator repair kit from Steiger which repairs the existing regulator and replaces the failure prone plastic part with a metal replacement. I have not seen one of these fail. The site for the kit is:

The kit is specific to the window so a front right works only on that door and no other, so be sure to order the correct kit for what you need. It comes with a good set of instructions; and you can, if you are a bit handy, do it yourself. You can download the instructions first before buying to give them a look. I would recommend this over ever using an original equipment part. I have now replaced every one on my liberty.
