2007 Pontiac G5 radio display is dead

Based on the information that you have provided. There's a possibility that there is a loose wire/connection possibly in the back of the radio. You would probably have to access the back of the radio and check the wiring harness.

No charging voltage from alternator! i have 12v on the pink/blk wire with the switch on. I do not have battery voltage on the big red wire on the alternator either. traced that wire back to a battery...

you should have voltage on red when engine running? might be faulty inverter or altenator check connections or put a bulb tester on the altenator and see if it lights up ?????

Have a 2007 Pontiac G5 and need to add power steering fluid.

its tricky. its behind the engine. If you pop the hood and you go to the left side, look behind the block and it chould be about half way down or so. You should see the cap for it. I think that was a horrible idea on pontiacs part. Happy motoring!
