I have a 1992 S15 Sonoma 4WD with a 4.3. My son has a 1985 GMC utility van with 4.3 with 3 sp. It's 2wd. The 4.3 was used through the early 2000's.

1. No it will not work

I doubt it. If the pump for the van is for the multi-port injected engine it might be the right pressure but the Blazer pump is not designed to be replaced separately. And if the van pump is for the throttle body engine it is only rated at 15 psi.

just a guess but check if you have the right spark plugs for you van. spark plugs have a heat range. the right plugs for your van are AC R 43TS If you have a V6 engine. Also check your plug wires or just replace them. I would also check distributor cap and rotor. these parts are inexpensive, I would just replace them and see if that fixes the problem. if you did this already I don't know what to tell you know I will research my owners manual if I find something else I will pass info to you.

code 67; cruse control - switch circuit problems or air conditioner AC pressure sensor - circuit problems or torque converter clutch (TCC) solenoid. this info looked up in my GM Code scanner book.

code 94; the only 94 i could find says it's a information flag (master enable relay circuit - intermittent fault).

That sounds to me like the fuel pump. Had the same issue with a 94 Cadillac DeVille.

Be sure to check your charging system, it usually self destructs when battery is disconnected. what happens is the voltage regulator goes full out, and fries diodes...

This van has a resistor under hood for the blower motor and is the blower motor getting power to it
