She was in a minor accident, only minimal structural damage and no mechanical damage. but she won't start, is there a kill switch?

When you open the hood look on the drivers side of the engine. There will be a pulley(Power Steering Pump) that your belt goes around, right under it on the back side is where your oil filter is located. It hangs down slightly angled towards the front of the vehicle. (This is of course the 3.7 liter V6)

according to my parts manuals for your jeep the trans filter is inside the transmission, u will need to pull the pan off to change it. Here is a picture.
