You should be able to get a duplicate key cut at any GM dealership parts department with the VIN # and proof of ownership. This would be the easiest way.
The injectors should be connected to the fuel rail, which looks like a long shiny tube, about the size of a sharpie marker. remove any bolts securing it to the in-take manifold. Then carefully lift the fuel rail off the top of the engine and u should be able to see all of the injectors.
Honda Accords, or Hondas for that matter do not have fuel cutoff switches. If you are not getting any fuel, either the fuel pump or the main relay is bad.
