The suv keeps stalling when the fuse blows
SOURCE: 2001 sonata wiper fuse keeps blowing
If the fuse blows as soon as you put it in and the wipers are off then you have a short between the fuse block and the wiper switch.
If the fuse blows only when you turn the wipers on then more than likely the wiper motor has shorted and burned out. This one is very likely if the snow storm was heavy and you was driving in it. Cause- Moving large amounts of snow and ice off the window puts a heavy load on the wiper motors.

Use exactly what weight is listed in your owner's manual or on the oil fill cap. More than likely you will find it requires 5w20 weight. I personally use Pennzoil and have for over 30 years with not one internal engine problem. But any major brand will be good. Also very important is the filter. Use a quality filter such as Purolator, Wix, or Bosch and avoid cheap filters. I personally use Purolator Pure One filters. Change your oil and filter every 5,000 miles and your engine will give you great service. Also change the Air Filter every 30,000 miles as it is very important to keep it clean. Change your fuel filter, if changeable, every 50,000 miles. Some vehicles have permanent fuel filters.

Get the wiper motor checked/serviced as it is likely drawing more current due either a ball bearing / bush defect or wear, or its armature is short circuiting
