SOURCE: Chrysler LHS Starter

The starter is located beneith the engine, near the transaxle and it is attatched to the engine by 3 bolts. You need to disconnect the battery, raise the car to get at it. The 3.3 and 3.5 engines take different starters. Rick

SOURCE: replaced cracked radiator in 2000 Chrysler LHS but car still overheating. What could be the problem?

I had the same problem. My Chrysler LHS kept overheating. I had the thermostat changed out first and it didn't help. Then I had the water pump changed out and still did no good. Then changed out the radiator, still overheated. Come to find out the people that changed my thermostat put it in backwards. Evidently, the thermostats for these cars look different from all the others and people are not sure how to put them in. I took mine to a Chrysler dealer and they fixed it for me.

1999 Chrysler LHS turn signal flasher box location?

I don't know the answer but just wanted to mention how from the early part of the 1990s some manufacturers had begun to delete the flasher relay and fit a single black box that carried out all the vehicle's timing duties from wiper delay to courtesy lights...

Best thing is to check whether your car has a flasher relay before you start looking...

Cooling fans wont come on . relays replaced fuses good,, and coolant tempature sensor replaced also. fans work when straight wired.

Check at relay socket for fan command signal while engine is running and hot. There should be 2 hot terminals in the socket. If not, your computer (PCM) is not turning the fan on.

Please see my tip at http://www.fixya.com/cars/r6022358-relay_check for how to check the command signal and let me know if you have questions.

Which relay controls the right blinker on a 97 LHS, there are several in the engine fuse compartment.

I think there is only one relay for the turn signals, and one relay for the four way flashers. The cover should tell which relay is for what device
